The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company,
its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims,
actions, and/or demands and/or liabilities and/or losses and/or damages arising
from or resulting from their use of www.iict.ac or their breach
of the terms unilaterally and without objection.
LIABILITY
User agrees that neither Company nor its affiliated companies, directors,
officers, or employees will be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or
inability to use the service, or for the cost of procuring substitute goods
or services, or resulting from any goods, data, information, or services
purchased or obtained, or messages received or/and data, or arising from
any other matter pertaining to the service, including but not limited to,
damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangibles,
even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
User also agrees that Company is not liable for any damages
resulting from service interruption, suspension, or termination,
including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special
consequential, or exemplary damages, regardless of whether such
interruption, suspension, or termination was justified or not,
negligent or intentional, inadvertent or deliberate.
User accepts that Company is not responsible or accountable to user or anyone else for any third-party
service provider's claims or actions.
In any case, Company's total liability to the User for all damages,
losses, or causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to Company
for the cause of action, if any.
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES DISCLAIMER
Our primary goal is to provide 100% client satisfaction.
If you are dissatisfied with the services given, we will reimburse a limited
amount of money if the reasons are real and can be shown following investigation.

POLICY ON CANCELLATION
Please contact us via the contact us page if you need to cancel your reservation.
Requests received more than one business day after the current service term has ended will be viewed as cancellations or refunds.

If a customer is dissatisfied with our items, we may offer a refund if an investigation is conducted.
Refunds will be sent to the original credit card used at the time of purchase if paid by credit card, and refunds will be made to the same account if paid by payment gateway name.
